Tulsa County Work Opportunity Recovery Centers (WORCs)
WORCs was formed in 2002 to help those who have been homeless, imprisoned, unemployed, on welfare or simply aimless in life. Partnering entities surround participants with care teams and comprehensive support organized through coordinated care plans. Pregnant women and those with disabilities work of fines and receive services to address life issues, while 12 men and women receive intense daily assistance long-term to fully leave poverty and establish lives of purpose.
